shatec. recently in order to get ready for the practical exam.. we were given e quite afew mystery basket to whip up a main course... mystery basket=mean i dunno wat will be handling till the last min.. Oven-baked Lamb with shitake mushroom sauce. the difficult part was the fabricating of this damn lamb rib... Poached Seabass with Lemon Beurre Blanc. i just went for the ez way.. dont want do it too complicated.. tt y i poached it.. wahahaha..
genting. spent my wkend up in genting.. genting is fun when u got "sponsor". haha.. casino wasnt a bad xp. theme park is ok... eat is ok too. shopping below average.. the only reason i will head up to genting again will only be for the casino.. and 5-star travel is GOOD! but overall i really did enjoyed myself for this short get-away. i came back more refresh!!

the street in chinatown(k.l). dunno how to spell the name. i had high expection abt the shopping there but it kinda of dissapoint me. cause a lot of ppl who went there b4 tell me they like tt place plus the need to travel 1hr of bus there n back to genting isnt worthwhile at all..
the reason why i said 5-star travel is good. look at tt leg space plus it was a free upgrade to their best bus. shiok!!
shatec. monday school is good when u get result alot better den expected.. my food cost test i tot i am going to flank it but i didnt.. now only left with menu planning test result which is still a mystery. but in any case just 1 more mths of theory den 1.5 years more of hand-on.. den i will be out of there.. tml is a day off from school.. yata!!

grats to jacky wu and ah ya.. they really deserved it after so many years.. had been watching 我猜 and his other show since secondary school.. yes his mouth is sharp at times but he is really very very good entertainer and always bullying ah ya,if 2 of them suddenly stop hosting 我猜 i think no body will be watching the show already.. oso always get impressed by him when he use those chimalogy chinese...

taka's pal. went out with vera tim jeremy n px. this outing was so messy during the course of organising it... 1 min this 1 min that 1 min there 1 min here.. haha... we went to watch coffin.. not s good s wat the trailer show... the duration just last abt 1hr20mins.. n the scary part no impression at all.. normally when i walking home after a horror movie my imagination always run wild but this time it didnt at all.. but i give it a 6.5$ rating la.. not tt bad.. jus dun watch during weekend can already.. the funny thing was px doesnt have a single idea tt we are watching coffin till we went in the cinema.. she was like "HUH? i tot high school musical" and sitting beside her is more scary then the movie. seriously. hahahaha.. and genting nxt week... wooohooo.... a get-away.. just what i needed.. to rejuvenate..
